Energy Tariff

Energy tariffs are available for the time of use energy management feature.
They allow setting cost from/to a provided time of day.

Typically, you first want to create an energy tariff and then assign it to an existing system by updating it with the returned tariffID. After that, you're already done! The EMS can optimize accordingly if time time of use is activated for your system.
