Fetches a single cluster.
In order to display the full hierarchy the endpoint has a
parameter tree to return a hierarchy of clusters, where each cluster links to
its children nodes. The hierarchy is build by using the parentID property when
creating clusters.
Moreover, the embed parameter allows to include the full resource objects in the response instead of their IDs.
