Assign a Gateway to a Cluster

post https://api.gridx.de/clusters/{clusterID}/gateway

Attaches gateway resources to the cluster.

Rules to follow:

Each cluster can either have appliances or gateway assigned, but not both.
It is possible to attach at most one gateway to a cluster.
A single gateway can be assigned to only one cluster.
Gateway can be assigned to root cluster only.
