get https://api.gridx.de/clusters
This endpoint allows to retrieve the list of all available clusters.
Availability is managed per account, that implies that clusters created in one account
are only visible in the account or a parent thereof.
You can optionally use the query parameter gateway_id to find out which cluster is associated with a certain
gateway, if any.
